Bayern have extended the contracts of some of their players once they got wind of Guardiola going, not that contracts mean that much, but they can benefit from transfer fees.Tiago Alcantara is one player thought to be possibe to follow him.

I remember when Leicester sacked Pearson, everybody had thought it was another example of football going crazy. Under their new manager, Ranieri Leicester are now 3-0 up at Man City and currently 6 points clear at the top of the league.

Hats off to Leicester's owners, they've made an extremely good decision.

Ranieri could lift the premier league trophy. At Chelsea.

They won't though will they?

I hope they do it, today's result was a blinder but if they are still top with six games to go they will be entering squeaky bum territory.

If Leicester are top with six games to go, they may well feel less pressure, because they're not carrying the weight of expectations like Man City, and a top three finish a guaranteeing qualification to the Champions League would make the season an outstanding success.

The Rams announced on Monday evening that Clement, who was appointed to the role last summer, had been relieved of his duties, with academy director Darren Wassall taking over until the end of the season.

Derby are without a win in their last seven league games and lie fifth in the Championship table.

Absolute madness only 5 points behind Middlesbrough and Hull.
