Our next Self Defence for Men in a day is Saturday 8th December 2012 here in Sheffield. The next Self Defence for Women in a day is Sunday 9th December 2012 here in Sheffield. Numbers strictly limited on both courses to ensure close attention by the senior instructor. We will cover; Awareness, avoidance and evasion skills Devastating pre-emptive strikes Close quarter combat skills Breakaway techniques Dealing with the aftermath (legal, physical and emotional) Starts 10.00am and ends at 4.30pm, breaks included.
