If it is true then,no,I won't be surprised.. Ah...yes I see the confusion. Sorry.... There's probably a whole plethora of other stories to emerge from other industries/utilities. It's kinda like the Jimmy Savile thing. Maybe the age of transparency is finally dawning! Sometimes I think maybe we're better off not knowing!...Dunno...There was the Mp's expenses scandal..and it's pretty much been revelation after revelation since then.
