I went into their car park at 10pm ish to eat my macy dees and after 20 mins came out...the park was picth dark and no signs were visible. I spoke to the court and they have suggested I reply either way or it will go against me as a CCJ and affect my credit etc etc.... what do folks suggest I feel hard done this is day light robbery I feel its like the mafia? please shed light these people cant be doing this its so unfair. 820vitesse Posted February 19, 2014 Share Posted February 19, 2014 (edited) Wife received an invoice from PCM for leaving her car on the now deserted Meadowhall Distribution Centre.Got the notice to keeper so last night e-mailed Colliers who are the agents citing the pre-estimate of loss.Also asked why PCM don't target the trucks that park there over the weekend.Obviously I have offered photographic evidence to highlight the double standards of their contractor.Have requested they contact PCM and cancel the invoice.Today will write to PCM and state the facts for appeal and ask for a POPLA number.
