The chance of these jokers taking you to court is virtually Zero as they know the chances are they will lose ,and they also know they arnt very popular with Judges . Ive had many inovices from these cowboys ,and ive never once been taken to court. They try it on for a while with threatening ,official looking letters then normally go away when they realize you arnt going to pay.

But ,of course you are right saying never ignore official court papers should the PPC be feeling brave enough to fancy annoying another Judge.

Completely agree it's unlikely (very unlikely), but just warning the guy not to go down the whole "I'll not even turn up" routine. If he does, they'll win, and someone pretending not to be from the parking company will be on here saying "Ah but we won in this case!".

The only cases these people win are the ones where the defendant dosnt turn up in court and they win by default. Thats the only way they can win.

Of course, it’s easy to pop in and pick up your groceries and everyday essentials. But if you want to make a day of it, you’ll find the latest fashions, gifts, entertainment and more, with plenty of choice at the Food Hub too.

This is copied from their website. We "made a day of it" a week and a half ago.

We did have a very enjoyable day, without going into too much detail but this morning the postman delivered us a lovely reminder of our day out.

£60 parking bill

No mention of this on the website.

If your going to go then this is a heads up for anyone driving there.

Are you sure?

There are 1800 free parking spaces at Crystal Peaks. Parking is for a maximum of 4 hours. Disabled parking spaces are situated near all entrances to the covered malls. There are also courtesy Parent & Child bays throughout the site.
