Very doubtful, but you WILL receive 3 or 4 official looking letters threatening everything from debt collectors to court action. do NOT respond to these letters and they usually go away and try it on with someone else . If ,and its a massive IF you are taken to court ,turn up ,defend yourself and ask the parking company to provide evidence that they have the landowners permission to take you to court to claim losses on the landowners behals. There is always a very slight chance they will decide to chance their arm with you in court ,but ive had dozens of these invoices ,and ive never paid any of them ,and ive never received court papers.
