alchresearch
I think you will find that if there are no parking restriction signs then there are no parking restrictions Except there are signs warning that you enter a "controlled zone". Walkley Dave
1. Don't panic. Calm down. 2. Help is at hand. Try and help people to help you. When and for what? Who sent it. Does it give you any time to respond?
nikki-red
Sorry, I didnt make it very clear did I! Its a claim form from Parking Eye, it contains a response pack, for me to either admit or dispute the parking claim against me. It says if I wish to dispute it I have to send my defence to the court within 14 days.

nikki-red
Im not sure this form is even anything to do with my appeal on the parkingeye website. I did as instructed and asked for a POPLA number etc but have received nothing with any mention of that.
Walkley Dave
Make sure you have all the documents you have received along with the dates you have received them. I think I would then be tempted to post on Money Saving Expert. You may need specialised help. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163 There should be a space for you to ask for an extra 14 days to respond to court papers. You'll need it so go for that as well. ---------- Post added 10-10-2013 at 18:10 ---------- Sorry and here are the details of how to proceed. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4585747 If you don't panic and are prepared to help yourself by doing some reading and writing of letters you will not have to pay. Finally - to deal with the Letter Before Action/Court Papers read this: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=62445019#post62445019 Can I just add that those who say "ignore" is the best option and they never take anyone to court - care to admit you are wrong yet?
