My son is disabled so parked in a disabled spot upon my return I saw the ticket then noticed the timer was covering part of the disabled badge (I don't have a wallet to put them in). I accept a bit of responsibility for not checking it after I shut the door but I've ignored the letters and have no intention of paying No ime afraid you have still missed the point. Blue angel put his sons Blue Badge on the dash, whether he realised he had to or not, is irrelevant, he did it thinking that was the proper thing to do, otherwise he would not have put it there. i was merely pointing out that how the blue badge was showing made it invalid, generally speaking.
