Anyone work at the Don Bakery in the late 50's

I started as a vanboy at the Don in 1959 the sales manager Kirk Jennings had my driving lessons payed for by the firm, when I passed my test they trained me and I had my own journey by the time I was 17.My vanboy was only a year younger than me,supervisors were Roy Morrell and Arnold Taylor, transport manager Mr Skinner a miserable chap putting it politely,I always look back with

pleasure on my time there until we were bought out by Sunblest and we had to merge with Newboulds on Penistone Rd.I stayed until the age of 21 when I had a fall out with the boss man and we had to part company!.:D
