Chinese building standards are so poor that the buildings only last 25 to 30 years on average. So no thanks to getting in the Chinese building firms! How about some nice solid Scandanavian carbon neutral building instead? Takes longer to build, cost must less over any significant length of time. Invest for the future. We could solve our housing crisis. Brilliant. If we temporarily employ some Chinese builders then they will without doubt build us the worlds largest skyscraper thus removing council house waiting lists, because that's what the Chinese builders in your link are doing so that must be what happens when you employ Chinese builders.
