buddaboy Posted November 26, 2012 Share Posted November 26, 2012 We have a Renault scenic auto, the problems we are having is when it's cold and you are driving it,it drops into second gear and the auto box light comes on. The car still runs but just a little slower, when warmed up it does not have a problem at all and runs quite well.....does anyone know what this could be or help to sort it.....thank you.....:help: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

littlebasher Posted November 26, 2012 Share Posted November 26, 2012 Common problem with these. Presumably its the 4 speed DPO torque converter autobox? The EVM solonoid valves fail and need replacing, there's an auto specialist in Barnsley that can sort it, but it isn't cheap Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
