they have created a new company

SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY COMMUNITY PROGRAMME HOLDINGS LIMITED

Company Number 08270812

Incorporation Date 26/10/2012

possibly to do with the community training centre due to be opened

So it would appear that the loan may have been taken to help fund the new development at the Presto tools site. This would make sense although why has Mandric offered Hillsborough as security instead of the land that is being developed?

Alternatively it may be the loan has been taken for ground development or January's tranfer window.

As the loan has been taken so recently it wont show in the accounts until next year so all will become clear then.

Lets face it, no local/uk bank is going to lend the Owls any cash, with their track history. ok SWFC 2011 is a new company but MM and his court cases may put a few uk banks off as well, So off to the USA they go.

I would assume that Latham Management Ltd and PJSL are MM companies. He would have invested his own funds into SWFC to avoid paying CGT on his previous gains. I assume that he wants to get his funds back to make him liquid so he has borrowed the funds from his own Ltd Co. To make the loan arrangement official there has to be a charge.

As already mentioned PJSL Limited is the company owned by Paul Aldridge the CEO at SWFC, Terry Brown is his former employer at WHUFC and the 3rd party to the charge is not Latham Management Limited but that Company's /Directors Pension Scheme. Latham Management Limited (formerly Skegness Caravan Sales Limited) is owned by Terry Brown
