gym_rat Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 I'm sure I've posted the reply to this three times recently It's a made up solution to a made up problem - Eckington doesnt flood, it will however free up a huge tract of prime building land elsewhere in the village that currently has a main drain running through the middle of the site Read into that what you will.
