Happy to view your property, discuss the install and provide a written quote. I can easily quote for boilers with 3/5/7/10yr warranties and advise you appropriately, cheers, Steve

Hi all, I have a WB JUNIOR24i approx 10 years old. Losing pressure in system but when heating is on pressure rising to over 3bar. I don't believe there is a leak on c.h. ( but possible ). Would welcome any suggestions.

Cheers Billy

Guaranteed expansion vessel very common on those boilers will be dripping outside through prv pipe.

Thanks Johnathon. Just stuck my finger in the pipe and it is wet, if it is the expansion vessel is it a major job?

Depends can be simple if vertical flue if horizontal flue out pull vessel out fit new change prv for good practice if no room above boiler it gotta come off wall.

Or fit external one which I hate doing. Due to I like doing job correctly

It's a horizontal flue, 400mm clearance above boiler. Also it's the 28i not the 24i sorry for mistake.

Thanks Billy

My Alpha HE25 combination boiler keeps losing pressure. I keep topping up using the filling loop but I have to do it practically every time the heating's been on for a while (it's controlled by a Salus it500 internet thermostat).

I doubt that I've got a leak in any of the rads, as there's been no water. Occasionally been getting water coming out of the pipe on the exterior wall by the boiler too.

Would someone be able to come and fix what's wrong?

I'm on Cobden View Road, Crookes S10 1HT.
