Jeffrey Shaw
And we all know how much 'paid-for' legal advice costs Er, no, you don't. Compare: a. buying a house; b. letting-out a house; and c. advising on a Third Party Disclaimer Deed alongside a purchase/mortgage. The fees will differ: not just from one firm to another but even within the same firm. The fees depend upon a host of variables. ---------- Post added 06-12-2012 at 12:58 ---------- give them a quote then Delighted; but, then you are not them.
