PeteMorris
I wouldn't have thought there's a lot you could do. They will just say it was sealed when it left here, someone else must have opened it. To be honest, you can't prove otherwise. All the same though, it's a bit naughty to say the least. Meter Man
The envelope hadnt been sealed at all you can see that as there is no residue from the adhesive on either part of the envelope
PeteMorris
The envelope hadnt been sealed at all you can see that as there is no residue from the adhesive on either part of the envelope Hmm..dunno really. I'm no legal eagle. But it's probably covered in some obscure place in the terms and conditions in language that you need a law degree to understand, that lets them wriggle out of it. Expat owl
Statements are sent out using automated mailing equipment. An envelope hasn't stuck properly or didn't originally have glue. Get over it. If somebody has seen your details ..so what. There must bigger things to worry about or are you just another money grabbing compensation claimant ??? pottedplant
done that but they say they dont know what to do about it? What do you want them to do about it? Do you want a letter of apology? Do you feel your personal details have been put at risk and so want a new account setting up?
