Thanks for the replies, tho I was thinking of Tups plays going back to 1940's - 1960's.

Interesting that they ae still happening.

I found a clip on youtube of Derby tup 9only one there) but me mother says its not really the same. She's thinking back to the old days when miners did 'em.
