Palestine, Gaza, are also seen as aggressors and victims. Israel is also seen as an aggressor and a victim as it has the right to self defence. Creating uncertainty in peoples mind, like with Iraq, allows an authority to invade, without the need for public consent. The result is, the authority can act with impunity, and can in future rely on the creation of uncertainty whenever it wishes, to advance whatever its agenda, might be.
