katkin100
Does anyone know where I can buy Spear and Jackson secateurs in Sheffield? My mum is a keen gardener and would really like this particular set of secateurs for Christmas http://www.which.co.uk/home-and-garden/garden/reviews-ns/spear-and-jackson-6758gs-geared-anvil-secateurs/ I am finding them harder to buy on the internet than I expected. It looks like that exact model is out of stock at the places I've found, I have seen some very similar ones but still not likely to arrive before Christmas. She has weak wrists and this particular model are supposed to have a mechanism which means less force is required to cut and this is what attracted her to them. I live in a flat and don't have a garden so I really don't know where are the best places to buy gardening equipment in Sheffield. I would like to find a garden centre or similar place where I can might be able to find these secateurs or some very similar. I don't have a car so it would really need to be somewhere I can get to on the bus. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Phili Buster
Try Amazon, £9.50 and free delivery
katkin100
Amazon was the first place I looked but then I discovered that the estimated delivery time was well into January and when I went back to the product page I noticed that it does say delivery time is 1 to 2 months. That's why I said I was having trouble finding them online because the only other place I found that had that exact model online said they were out of stock. I was hoping that I might get lucky and find some in a garden centre or at least be able to speak to staff who might be able to recommend something similar.
