The nearest the closure gets to the hospital is the roundabout at the end of Shirecliffe. Care to elaborate? Maybe the Central Command Patient Partnership at the NGH got it wrong then. Cyclone
Not nearly as bad as Daven was suggesting then.
Daven
It seems a little odd to close all the access to the biggest hospital in the county. A bit of route planning and it could have been left accessible, you'd think. THANK YOU. Finally. This is the point I have been trying to get over to the TDF folk on here. For gods sake, can you please stop using actual real factual information to reinforce your point. It's not in the true spirit of the forum. You can clearly see forum policy is to post misleading, scaremongering and generally incoherent information....facts get in the way...FACT! ---------- Post added 04-07-2014 at 13:32 ---------- THANK YOU. wibbles
http://www.sth.nhs.uk/visitors/visiting-times/tour-de-france So??..or am I missing something? The same level of service as is usually provided on a Sunday will be provided as normal by all health services in the city. This includes Blue light services which will operate as normal for Emergencies.

The level of service refers to the work being done within the hospital - it does not refer to the difficult access to the hospital for anyone who is not on foot or travelling in a vehicle with a blue light on the top.
