JFKvsNixon
Yeah, I switched over to Eurosport, much better, though it still has adverts. Maybe something better will show up on Youtube. I'll definitely use Eurosport for tomorrows bit through Sheffield. I'm not interested in the bike race, just the scenery and aerial views of places I know. My wife's not keen on cycling, but she loves watching the Tour de France because of the scenery.
darylslinn
Surprisingly i've not seen a single road hump yet even on the run in through the towns.... have they taken the ones out of Newman Road, they were still there yesterday.

byeo
Big crash at the end there, Cav got hit by another rider in the ribs. Great finish though.
medusa
It's not Cav's year and I suspect that his collarbone will stop him from competing tomorrow.

JFKvsNixon
Disaster! It looks like Cav's Tour is over, so no Cav or Wiggins for tomorrows stage.
999tigger
wow all over in stage 1 for him. Absolute disatser for his stage wins tally .
JFKvsNixon
It's not Cav's year and I suspect that his collarbone will stop him from competing tomorrow. He had a bad TdF last year as well, so he decided to put all his efforts into it this year. It's his dream to claim the record for the over all stage wins for the TdF, it looked a certainty a few years ago but it looks doubtful now. darylslinn
Watching the overhead shots of the crowds in the centre of Harrogate, looks beautiful, i'm sure Forgemasters, derelict Tinsley Wire site and the building site of the Don Valley Stadium will be equally as beautiful and show off our city well tomorrow.
