moke
well, they can all do one! in the midst of all the miserable closures and demolitions, i have been feeling pretty down about this city and its prospects - this has given me a massive boost - it's a massive coup. being the finishing line is bigger news than a start point even! all the focus of the race distilled into a few seconds. it's going to be ace. mogwai84
Fantastic news. The route down from Huddersfield should be brilliant.
dvp82
The finish into Sheffield falls on a Sunday, which will hopefully please the killjoys as it won't disturb their mundane week day commute to work and back. I don't think many realize how huge a stage finish of the TDF is going to be for the city. Still I fully expect lots of moaning about the citys roads been shut down because of some bloody cyclist.
