ANGELFIRE1
It's called life - some have brass, some don't. The only problem with brass is, when you don't have any. We should at least feel a little sorry for those who are without this Christmas. Angel.
Anna B
Money isn't everything. I haven't got much but I'm very happy, lovely husband who loves me to bits as I do him ( even after 38 years of marriage ) Two wonderful grown up children and four adorable grandchildren. Life is what you make it. Good for you. It all depends on what you prioritise doesn't it? If you want to be rich, most people are going to be disappointed, but if you are satisfied with less but value family and friends, you're more likely to be happy. That doesn't mean we shouldn't have sympathy for people going through a really bad time at the moment. It's hard to be positive when the bailiffs at the door... Cyclone
Then why read it . I'm happy with my lot ,it's not bragging. Telling strangers that you're happy and wealthy sounds a lot like bragging. Edit - I read it to see what the topic was going to be about as the title didn't say "I'm happy and wealthy".
