Well limited liablity laws do protect failing entrepreneurs who could be required to operate as partnerships as applies to lawyers and doctors.In that sense it is rigged against the creditor in favour of the debtor. Eater Sundae Posted December 27, 2012 Share Posted December 27, 2012 When Farepak went bust, I was surprised to find out its operation wasn't covered by the FSA.
