I will be giving blood. I'm sure my pint of the red stuff will go to a needy patient.

Im doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks again this April to hopefully raise some money for Rain Rescue

 

I also do a lot for my elderly grandparents so that will continue, and in the next week or two a close friend of mine is having a baby under difficult personal circumstances so I'm on standby to help out when baby arrives!

 

And on top of all that I'll continue to work 40 hours a week and keep my marriage and household running smoothly...now where's my medal??
