metalman
There's plenty of our own that could be hired up here and more trained every year... Trained to do what exactly? With all the chemical companies outsourcing their production to China and India, what will these people do when they've finished being trained? alchresearch
Build the dovecotes and then they will come! Every Greggs should have a dovecote! It would mean the bird crap they put in their pies would be closer to the source of manufacturing I suppose.
barleycorn
Trained to do what exactly? With all the chemical companies outsourcing their production to China and India, what will these people do when they've finished being trained? Research, simply because we do it better. On top of that we are better at producing to GMP and API standards. The reason production moves to China and India is because it is cheaper over there due to lower wages and way less environmental control, both of which you will see increase over the coming years. jb
metalman
There are plenty of labs in China and India that conform to the same productions standards as ones in this country. Where do you think a lot of the drugs you take now are produced?
