Magrass
Hi all, I am shopping online for a a silver Beko 7230w dryer. The cheapest shop is Very/Woolworths at £199.00. This is about £50.00 cheaper than the next cheapest shop. My concern is a note indicating no returns once you buy and connect the machine. Anybody used them before? Anybody knows why they put this restriction? Thanks.
willman
Thats a general restriction for electrical goods, why would you want to return it once plumbed in UNLESS it's faulty and at which point most electrical outlets will accept returns the rest will repair them. Very were Littlewoods.
Leah-Lacie
If you get it and decide you have changed your mind because its ugly, or doesn't fit etc, then before you start using it, you should be able to return it. Once its been used you can return if its faulty but not just because you changed your mind. Its the same with most appliances, as said above. nikonuser
We use Very on a regular basis and have found them to be very good, both on deliveries and returns. In the case of an appliance, what they mean is that if it is faulty, do not just sent it back. Phone up and they will either send or put you in touch with an engineer to come to your home. If it does turn out to be irreparable they will then arrange for collection and send you a new one.
