The problem was you couldn't see the yellow lines at all due to all the salt on the car park. I have photos to prove you couldn't see them. Any advice? Ignore it, totally worthless scam invoice from a private parking company. You have nothing to pay . By appealing the invoice you notifying them that you are still the registered keeper, confirming your address and that it was you that parked there. They are more likely to pursue it with this evidence than if you just ignore it. I've ignored them before and had two invoices (second one for more money than the original to scare you that it could escalate if not paid) then nothing after that. Do NOT appeal the invoice! No PPC I have ever encountered will care if you couldn't see the lines or not. They placed the charge on your windscreen and presumably saw the salt themselves, and all they want is your money - they don't care about fairness.
