We've had parcels go missing, marked as delivered when they're not, missed delivery cards with wrong details on them, missed delivery cards with NO details on them, no cards left at all, non existent delivery attempts, parcels left outside or in the bin... The last large item I had delivered by them was left with a neighbour - but they didn't leave a card, and marked it online as delivered. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
scotttonywar Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 I used a company called parcel monkey and I have to write to them to complain because they did not collect my parcel on 2 occasions and they say they had a computer problem even though they were weeks apart.
