Online Delivery Problems Investigation

Interesting reading - all too familiar to anyone who orders online though - missing parcels, useless customer services, slow refunds...

Yodel are the worst (also known as a HDNL and DHL).

 

We've had parcels go missing, marked as delivered when they're not, missed delivery cards with wrong details on them, missed delivery cards with NO details on them, no cards left at all, non existent delivery attempts, parcels left outside or in the bin...

 

The last large item I had delivered by them was left with a neighbour - but they didn't leave a card, and marked it online as delivered.
