I'm offering Free 1st sessions to everyone throughout the whole of January!! This is a chance to get into shape and have loads of fun too! Zumba is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities so you've got nothing to lose. My classes are: Tuesdays 10am at Wisewood Methodist Church Tuesday 8pm at Hillsborough Arena Thursday 7.30pm at Wadsley United Reformed Church.
