If he pees in the same place every time, I would put a note up there, telling him where the nearest public toilet is, and that he will be reported if he does it again. Er can we have a bit of a reality check here, okay he shouldn't be doing it where he is but how many men on here can hold up their hands, and say they've never peed in public. Men get caught short (and woman for that), so he has a lag, and as for being a sex offender I'm sorry but that is THE most stupid thing I've read. Who has he sexually assaulted, who's he fiddled with, other than his todger, please get real he's having a pee okay he could be more discreet. I've had my share of public wees, but I think the important point here is that this bloke is using the same spot daily, sometimes more than once a day! I'd say that's taking the proverbial!
