ANGELFIRE1
They don't seem to list them If you visit, there is loads of stuff that is not in their mag, or indeed not online either. Halfway down the shop on the right hand side, there were several piles of battery's of differing voltage. What stuck out in my mind was that I used 100volt but Towsure had 110 volt, the bigger the better when caravaning, imho. Angel.
Allen
110v battery? I've never even heard of them! What's it for? The OP is referring to a 12 volt / 110 amp hour battery. Effectively if drawing a usage of 1 amp it would last for 110 hours. Used in motor homes / caravans / leisure vehicles. Towsure at Hillsborough have them. mumkin
I assume you mean 110 amp hour battery 12 volt:) Towsure have them or any caravan shops but Towsure seem to be the cheapest. Buying cheap leisure batteries is false economy believe me, the cheapest will be lucky to last 2 years and you must keep them charged and topped up with distilled water. If you can afford the maintenance free ones you'll find they are far more reliable and last longer.
Obelix
I would hope so, a 110v battery could prove lethally tricky to let go of if you grabbed it's terminals...
ronthenekred
I would hope so, a 110v battery could prove lethally tricky to let go of if you grabbed it's terminals... Apparently not, they leave them lying around in Towsure.
