Resident
What would you prefer my friends.... higher bus fares and newer buses or current level bus fares with other cities old buses? I'd prefer buses with specs fit for purpose, not ones that practically stop when the meet a tiny uphill gradient.
rosemary19
The majority of people I see on buses look pretty shabby too. Now you really have got a problem, you sound "pretty shabby" to be honest.
Isabelle
I've noticed that the First double deckers (on the 53 route) seem to have far less seats downstairs than they used to have. I'd rather not go upstairs for a 10 minute journey, it doesn't seem worth it.
silverknight
There are some real bone-shakers on the 25A route, everything vibrates - plus some very old-looking double deckers on the 53 route, downstairs left-hand side just has single seats rather than the usual double seats, very strange arrangement! These double deckers are former London buses and have had a full refurbishment inside includes the filling in of the area taken by the centre doorway. The single seat arrangement is to allow easier wheelchair access. Vague_Boy
Ours are old smelly and throw so much crap out it is disgusting. How did you manage to post that from 1975? Just what I said other Cities cast offs. The alternative is to scrap 6 year old buses? They've got to go somewhere. What would you prefer my friends.... higher bus fares and newer buses or current level bus fares with other cities old buses? The moon on a stick from the sound of some of the comments. amy 20
The people of Sheffield dont look after the buses. Feet on back seat, people scratching the windo and writing on the back of the seat and so on.
ryder8904
The buses in Sheffield are mostly fine, fit for purpose. Its the people on them that put me off using them.
AlfieMcWawa
Now you really have got a problem, you sound "pretty shabby" to be honest. Why? Can you honestly tell me that on most bus journeys you are surrounded by the cream of society?
gnvqsos
People often have a problem associating with people who the believe are their inferiors-its rather sad, especially to present this as a virtue.
