Lynxb4u Posted January 13, 2013 Share Posted January 13, 2013 Hi all, Basically I have had a few months off doing activities due to breaking my wrist leaving my fitness levels to drop. Are there any clubs out there that do body conditioning classes? Somewhere I can get my body battered a couple of times a week with the goal of raising fitness levels again. Shawy11 Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 we run Bootcamp style training both indoors and outdoors in the Ecclseall road area and also a Kettlebell sessions at High Storrs school and at Woodseats.
