GoGo_dancer
Now I'm normally the first person to say lock them up and throw away the key, but I don't think he should go to jail...I think he should be made to do some form of hard labour as chosen by the victim and her family. I worry all the time about my grandparents using taxi's to get to and from hospital appointments, and I just think that if some scum bag did that to my nan, I'd want him round at the house (under supervision of course) at 8am sharp every day to carry out all the tasks that my grandparents can no longer do. I'd have him unblocking the drains, cleaning gutters, painting the window frames...you name it, until he was genuinely sorry.
