As someone else said- repackage them as 'meat burgers' afterall, the horse meat probably replaced the horns, hooves and carteledge they usually put in. I bet it was destined for pet food and some grubby pillock sold the factory it as quality beef, makes you wonder what other crap we get served up in processed food. There was some bloke that was caught selling dodgy meat years ago and the tabloids had a right old go at him, they labelled him Dirty Dave or Mucky Malcolm or something like that; does anyone remember that, it almost turn me veggie. Personally I wouldn't object to horse-meat, as long as knew what it was and that I was confident it was butchered and regulated to hygienic standards.
