They are the ones who have many many posts and have been around forever. They are akin to people who go into "local pubs" for "local people" and have their own seats and are intolerant of other people coming into "their space". They expect to be able to "rule the roost" by virtue of their contacts. They expect to be able to go way over the top at insulting people, but should anyone insult them, they report them to the management in attempt to get them banned.
