joshremlin Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 im having real bad trouble with t-mobile with a payed bill payment to cut the story short I haved no help from the arsey customer services, they keep sending me into a ee store which ive been to medowhall twice and rotherham once in the ee store they try there best although i end up in the same place with it due to ee stores not been able to deal with customer service issuses like the one I have. their about to cut me off and i need my phone for on call duties at work although i want shut of t mobile for there poor customer services and not been able to deal with the issuse. so the question is that... is there an obusman what could deal with it like they do insurance companys and do they charge for the service and at what price ? thanks in advance Josh Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
