peakswalker Posted March 1, 2013 Share Posted March 1, 2013 Went to my 1st ever yoga class on tuesday night at the U Mix centre,It was excellent, as i dont know any of the moves,it was explained very well and cant wait to go to my next lesson on tuesday 5th March at 7pm.To anyone who is thinking of starting yoga or anyone currently into yoga its a great class with a lovely teacher.And cheaper than most of the other places that teach yoga around my area.Maybe see you there on tues.
