gnvqsos
How much does it cost to build a new 3 bed detached house in Sheffield approx. ? excluding the cost of the land anybody got any ball park figures? I have seen projects on Homes Under the Hammer, and with a flat site and good access, they seem to be about £100,000-surprisingly cheap.Look at new builds, and subtract the estimated land costs. In a sub prime site the land could be about £50,000. Xt500
How much does it cost to build a new 3 bed detached house in Sheffield approx. ? excluding the cost of the land anybody got any ball park figures? you could also ask how much is a pair of shoes? The answer your going to get would be no more than some random wild guess.Theres far too many factors to take into concideration to be anywhere near accurate on here. The answer your going to get would be no more than some random wild guess.Theres far too many factors to take into concideration to be anywhere near accurate on here. The problem is not a random one-the cost will not exceed the cost of an existing house, which sets a cap around £150,000 for a modest house in a modest area. Therefore a new house would cost no more than £130,000.In a random exercise any number can be selected from £1 to £1 billion. gnvqsos
On average, between £1250 and £1750 per square metre depending on the quality of the build and materials Two floors each 15m by 15m(50ft square) would be 450 sqr m,which would be a maximum of £80,000 (using Lee's figures) for a good sized house.
