Personally I spend a lot of time working in front of a PC and it has become my "go to" when I am bored or frustrated to - better than choosing comfort eating or alcohol I guess but it feels unhealthy it is just me (surely not!) and what tips have people got for getting out of this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
