Why do you think a minority party should have to pass a test set by the majority parties?

I think you can be intelligent but not understand the roots of paedophilia.However a bright person would not purport to judge people in a complex area.Similarly some people may understand the causes but chose to condemn the perpetrator as they are basically intolerant of people who deviate from their concept of normality such as fascists,racists and homophobes.
