If a recognised political party wanted to lower the age of sexual consent to one which would make paedophilia legal, they would likely lose their party statues because of lack of public support, but if enough people supported their views then they should be treated no differently to any other political party. A party can have a million members, but if they don't get any candidates elected then they are entitled to nothing.
