SheffieldFA
Sheffield & Hallamshire FA's Flexi Footie league is back for another season. We're currently looking for even more teams to take part, with leagues being played out of Hillsborough College and the University of Sheffield's Goodwin Sports Centre from the end of February 2013. SportsTrophy
Great idea, it is not so bad getting college & work colleagues to form a team, it is organising the pitch & ref so its great you have that ready. That must be costing a fair wack, hope it works out at approx £5 per person per game, that's good value for turn up football.
SheffieldFA
Thanks SportsTrophy! Yes does work out to £5 per person, per game. And that's if you only have 12 players, you can use up to 16 on a match day (with roll on roll off substitutes). You only have fixtures once every two weeks, so works out cheap and doesn't take up as much time as most other leagues. The FA organise everything from fixtures to referees and results.
