truman
But the trend was still downward. Now it is very much steeply upwards and will continue to be. Not over the long term,or at least the term of that graph..the trend is down... you've cherry picked a couple of years and decided that that's the trend 'cos it suits your agenda..yet you ignore similar rises under labour.. No. The trend since 2010 is very steeply upwards. Now lets have a think...what happened in 2010?

Happ Hazzard
If Labour had got in and made the same cuts, would the suicide rate be any different?

EASTWOOD141
If Labour had got in and made the same cuts, would the suicide rate be any different? Labour wouldn't have made such severe cuts this is why the country is in bits.
Joggit
If Labour had got in and made the same cuts, would the suicide rate be any different? They would not have cut so deeply so soon . They would be now enjoying the massive extra tax intake from people working in proper jobs and the deficit would have been halved. Putting people out of work in their millions was never a way to stimulate the economy. It will be a 85 dip recession by the timr these clowns have finished. willman
People should look closer to home before they select someone else to blame for suicides.

alchresearch
But the trend was still downward. Now it is very much steeply upwards and will continue to be. You have no evidence to prove this. There was an upward spike in 2007-08, which went back down. I wonder if you'd be as quick to blame Labour if they were in power.
