Did they give her a reason for not paying this. Did she appeal that reason, raise a grievance using their official policy. Did she make a complaint to ACAS or seek some legal advice? If so, what was the outcome? THEY might have had absolute rights to withhold the commission. THEY might have had good reasons to do what they did. Its very easy to start slagging off when you only know one side of the story and seems a very random first post for a new starter on the forum.
