libuse
I'd pay extra for child-free trains, pubs and shops too
truman
As a parent to three small children who like a holiday too I say to all those people complaining about about kids on planes - SWIM! No,I wouldn't pay extra to fly on a childless plane, some of us are more tolerant. No one is saying that kids shouldn't go on holiday...
I1L2T3
Hehe, good thread. If there is demand for such a service and airlines can profit from it then why not. It should cost more though. For one total passenger weight would increase compared to most normal flights (where kids are passengers) requiring more fuel.
Expat owl
As a parent to three small children who like a holiday too I say to all those people complaining about about kids on planes - SWIM! No,I wouldn't pay extra to fly on a childless plane, some of us are more tolerant. I've been tolerant for more than 20 years and I've travelled with my own kids. If I'm now in a position to travel kid free I'm going to take it (for the same reason that I'll also use adult only hotels).
big_g
I think that it's a great idea to have child free flights. One question though, when we go on holiday this summer - do I send our kids on the plane that lands before ours or the one landing afterwards? southcoast
I'd pay extra for child-free trains, pubs and shops too me too. young kids should not be on planes they should be holidaying in this country and sparing the rest of us the grief they cause.I blame the inconsiderate parents. Bargepole23
Flown hundreds of times and I cant recall a single instance where I was disturbed by children....virtually all scheduled flights though, not charter/budget airlines, maybe thats the difference. NewBiz
I'd love to have 'badly behaved child free flights', but don't mind pleasant kids. I do and always will object to fat lumps of blubber oozing onto and under my armrest though. The time really has come to make outsize people buy 2 seats. Vague_Boy
Why not go one step further and just charter your own flight, then you don't have to fight with overweight people, smelly people, rude people or anyone below your standards I like it! Does anyone know how much it costs to charter a flight?
