Wagamama vs East One

I stopped taking my kids to Wagamama after they could not tell me the salt content of the food...the ramen stock concerned me as it even tasted salty (often a sign of very high levels).

That was a couple of years ago and their were lots of articles on the web about some of their dishes having up to 7 g of salt per serving...

Things have improved , you can now get the info on their website - but one portion of kids chicken ramen is still 2 g of salt... that's nearly half of the daily recommended allowance for my 9 year old...

It has put me right off soupy noodles...(although I did have some Pho at Little Hanoi and their stock didnt taste salty at all - I would recommend that place over either of your choices)

Dont get me started on the miso soup they serve (with unlimited re-fills) at Yo Sushi... its like drinking sea water
