BanjoBoy Posted March 6, 2013 Share Posted March 6, 2013 I've just had another of the calls from the Microsoft IT department. Kind of them to advise me of all the problems with my PC. It took them over twenty minutes to explain it all to me but then my computer crashed - well, that's what I told him. Terrible language from an offshore call centre - awful. And rude - he hung up.
