Race wars, is it coming to a town near you?

First of all half the population being none Biritsh. Given that to live here perminantly you need to be a British national thats unlikely.

You don't have to be a British national to live here permanently. Any EEA citizen can live here permanently. Anyone from outside the EEA who has Indefinite Leave to Remain can live here permanently. Neither group needs British citizenship.

God save the Queen.

She married a Greek years ago and so was well ahead of the trend.

i have just seen a report on the RT tv station stating that in 2026 over half of the population of the UK will be non British.

now whether they are trying to stoke the flames of hatred or not i am not sure. but they are saying that "EXPERTS" are expecting a civil war between the races!. myself i want to know who they mean??. anyone got any ideas about that?

80% of UK population is white British, another 10% are non white British so I can't see it going down to 50% in just 13 years. .

It is my fear that the race war, when it comes, will be based on culture rather than colour. The 100,000 or so Rumanians and Bulgarians that will arrive here over the next few months are culturally very different to what we have grown used to.

They will tend to gravitate to areas where they will encounter Muslim communities. Muslim sensibilities against things like hygeine, nudity and overt sexual behaviour may well lead to confrontation and violence.

This next influx could be the catalyst for violence, whether this will gravitate into a race war I cannot tell. With an increasingly polarised community, a dispirited and demoralised Police and Armed services and a perceived need for people to protect themselves we could be in serious trouble a lot quicker than the media the politicians and the chattering classes believe.

How many stayed would be the question.

Norsemen commonly called Normans soon after the conquest intermarried with Saxons or at least the ordinary Norman soldiers did. Many of them were away from their homes much of the time on military business and left their Saxon wives to rear the mixed blood children who naturally learned the Saxon-English language first. That was one of the reasons that the Norman French language never became predominant among commoners after the conquest.

The greatest majority of immigrants since then and up to the years following WW2 came to Britain either for commercial reasons or to escape religious or political persecution.

Lombards, French Hugenots and people from eastern Europe many of them Jews who settled in London or other major cities. There was also a large influx of Catholic Irish who arrived after the potato famine or later on to find work during the peak years of the Industrial Revolution
